A stylish, modern restaurant in the heart of Manchester is looking for a Sous Chef to join the team.
This role is about more than just cooking its about leading from the front, supporting the Head Chef, and making sure the kitchen runs smoothly day in, day out. Youll be hands-on, driving standards, and helping shape a team that takes pride in every plate served.
What youll be doing:
Leading on quality, consistency, and presentation
Supporting with menu knowledge, prep, line checks and tastings
Keeping the kitchen organised, safe and spotless
Managing stock, orders and costs with a sharp eye for detail
Coaching, supporting and inspiring the brigade from training new starters to building team spirit
Taking ownership of the pass and ensuring service runs smoothly every time
What were looking for:
An experienced Sous Chef (or a strong Junior Sous ready to step up)
